How we handle your information

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, business, email, phone number and anything you write to us, plus the details you enter when you book a call through Microsoft Bookings.

Why

To reply to you, run the call you booked, and, if you become a client, to provide and invoice our services. We do not sell your information or use it for anything else.

Where it is kept

In our Microsoft 365 account and our customer records system, protected by two-step sign-in. Our AI assistants may help draft replies; a person reviews everything before it is sent. If you become a client, your production data stays in your own Microsoft 365.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time: email awais@prodsinc.com.au.
